Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SanrakX services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Services Description
SanrakX provides web development, AI systems, cybersecurity, automation, and cloud infrastructure services. All services are delivered according to the scope defined in each engagement agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the deliverables produced by SanrakX remain the property of SanrakX until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client for the specific deliverables outlined in the agreement.
4. Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide timely access to required resources, information, and feedback. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of SanrakX.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
SanrakX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
